About Us

Partner hospitals

Accredited hospitals across our global network

A small group of high-volume hospitals with international patient departments. Drag through them or open the full list.

Istanbul Ankara Antalya All hospitals

01 Referral

A hospital in Accra refers a patient.

The referring hospital sends the case — with the patient's written consent — and our medical team answers within two working days with a treatment plan and a quote.

02 Treatment

Treated at an accredited hospital in Türkiye.

Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya or Izmir: accredited partners with international patient departments. One coordinator handles the visa, flights, stay and follow-up — in the patient's language.

03 Hospital ERP

A hospital management system, included with the partnership

Every partner hospital gets its own operations portal: wards and beds, departments, pharmacy stock, staff and payroll, a procurement desk and the referral loop — from any browser, with no server to run. Patient medical records stay in your hospital; a referral travels only with the patient's written consent.

Why us

What actually matters when you are treated abroad

Not the brochure. These are the four things patients tell us made the difference.

See how it works
  1. 01

    One coordinator

The same person handles your file from the first message to the follow-up call once you are home. You never re-explain your case.

  2. 02

A written quote in 48 hours

Itemised and fixed, before you book a single flight. If the medical review changes it, we tell you why.

  3. 03

    Accredited hospitals only

A small group of high-volume hospitals we work with directly. Not a directory, and not whoever pays most.

  4. 04

    The journey, arranged

Visa letter, flights, hotel, transfers and an interpreter, planned around the treatment dates rather than after them.

Airport pickup

From the arrivals gate, you are not on your own

Landing in a new country for treatment is the part patients worry about most. Here is what the first day looks like, step by step.

01 · Arrivals

We are waiting for you at the airport

Your driver stands at the arrivals exit holding a board with your name, whatever time your flight lands.

  • Every destination airport
  • Name board at arrivals
  • Day and night

02 · Private transfer

A private vehicle, straight to your hotel

No taxi to negotiate and no shared shuttle. A clean, air-conditioned vehicle with room for your companion, your luggage and a wheelchair if you need one.

  • Door to door
  • Companion welcome
  • Wheelchair friendly

03 · Your coordinator

Someone who speaks your language from the first minute

Your coordinator greets you, walks you through the coming days and stays one WhatsApp message away for the whole trip.

  • English · French · Arabic
  • One person, start to finish

04 · Hotel

Check in a few minutes from the hospital

We book a hotel close to your hospital, so appointment days are a short ride and you can rest between them.

  • Near your hospital
  • Transfers to every appointment

05 · Going home

And back to the airport when you are cleared to fly

After your doctor signs you off, the same team takes you to departures with your discharge papers ready for your doctor at home.

  • Discharge summary in hand
  • Follow-up calls at home
