Procurement Officer — Pharmacy Supply

Review partner hospitals' medicine requests, source quotes from registered suppliers and track every shipment to delivery.

About the role

You run the supply desk: validate medicine supply requests raised by partner hospitals, consolidate demand, collect supplier quotes, and manage shipping documentation and tracking until stock is confirmed on the ward.

What you will do

  • Validate requests against consumption and budget
  • Maintain the registered supplier list and their documentation
  • Collect and compare quotes; recommend awards
  • Track shipments and resolve customs and cold-chain issues

What we are looking for

  • Pharmacy, supply chain or logistics degree
  • Experience with pharmaceutical export documentation
  • English required; Turkish or French a plus
  • Detail-oriented with spreadsheets and ERP/inventory tools

Partner hospitals and patient records

The partner portal is an operations system: wards and beds, departments, pharmacy stock, staff and payroll, and procurement. It does not hold patient medical records. The only health data that reaches us is a referral, which a hospital sends with the patient's (or guardian's) explicit written consent for that purpose; the hospital records the consent date and scope on the referral and keeps the signed form in the patient's file.

Referral documents are stored encrypted in transit and on a private disk that only our medical team and the referring hospital can open, are shared with the treating hospital abroad only as far as the consent allows, and are deleted 12 months after the referral is closed.
