These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leadex Global Trade Network platform ("Leadex", "we", "us"), including our B2B marketplace, logistics services, and trade exhibitions. The platform is intended for businesses and trade professionals only. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are acting for business purposes and have authority to bind the company you represent. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Leadex connects verified buyers and suppliers across Turkey, Dubai, China, and other regions. You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with all applicable international trade, sanctions, and export control laws.
To access certain features (exhibition registrations, quote requests, the customer dashboard), you must create an account with accurate and current information about yourself and your company. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. Verification of an account or supplier is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty by us.
We may suspend, restrict, or delete any account, listing, or content at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, including where we suspect fraud, non-payment, breach of these Terms, or for commercial or operational reasons. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, such suspension or deletion does not entitle you to any compensation, damages, or refund of amounts already paid. You may close your account at any time; obligations that arose before closure survive.
Certain services (exhibition registrations, featured listings, logistics services) may carry fees. Prices are shown at the time of order and may be changed for future orders. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, amounts paid are non-refundable. Taxes, customs duties, and bank charges are your responsibility. If payment is late, we may suspend access to the platform and charge interest at the applicable statutory rate.
Where Leadex introduces you to a trading counterparty, you agree not to circumvent the platform in order to avoid applicable fees for a period of twelve (12) months from the introduction. If you do, we may claim the fees that would have been due and terminate your account.

You agree not to post fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content, not to attempt to circumvent our supplier verification processes, not to scrape or harvest data from the site by automated means, and not to use the platform in a way that harms other users or Leadex.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (product listings, photographs, company information). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, and display that content in order to operate and promote the platform, including after your account is closed. You warrant that you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence.
All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, databases, and software, is the property of Leadex or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you beyond access to the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of listings, prices, exhibition dates, or tracking information, and as to the solvency, quality, or suitability of any supplier or buyer.
Leadex facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers but is not a party to the commercial transactions entered into between users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you actually paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, contracts, or business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leadex, its directors, employees, and partners against any claim, loss, fine, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your content, your transactions with other users, or any breach by you of these Terms or applicable law.
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, sanctions, port closures, telecommunications or hosting failures, cyber-attacks, or epidemics.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Liberia, excluding its conflict of law rules. The Commercial Court of Liberia sitting in Monrovia has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning their validity, interpretation, or performance, without prejudice to our right to bring proceedings in any other competent forum to recover sums owed to us or to protect our intellectual property.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to act on a breach is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our written consent; we may assign ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of business. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page governs and takes effect when posted. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
